If a teacher can ALWAYS keep in mind that they are always a teacher and always a student, they’d be the best teachers you can find.

A teacher that’s not a student is closed to furthering their education. They are stuck in their ways and as the world turns and new discoveries are made that need to be discussed they may not listen and shut it down when a student brings it up

A teacher thats a student and a teacher will take that new knowledge and process it. Then do their own research, relearn and then educate on a level higher than where they were.
